Directed the unification and optimization of processes across Oracle’s consulting services organizations through the development, fielding, and supporting of the Oracle Unified Method (OUM). Supported cloudbased application implementation (SaaS), enterprise performance management (EPM), enterprise architecture and business analysis, application/middleware implementation, business intelligence (BI), IT portfolio management, custom development, governance, upgrade/migration, enterprise integration, service-oriented architecture (SOA), project management, security/identity management, and business process management.  Reduced redundant costs by over $11M annually and improved project outcomes by >0.5 margin points on a $1B consulting business providing ROI of >570% on a $2.8M annual investment.  Conceptualized and architected the method unification program and led a senior-level team that enlisted the support of field experts to develop high-value method guidance, estimating models, and sales tools.  Reduced transition costs by developing repeatable adoption strategies and processes to enable 15,000person services sales/delivery teams in use of estimating and sales tools and implementation processes.  Accelerated adoption of reworked processes by delivering highly-effective training, transition, and adoption support to Oracle Business Unit Consulting teams, Oracle Alliance Partners, and customers.  Involved in the development of Oracle’s Global Project Management Office (PMO) during 2012 which provides standard operating procedures (SOP’s), project manager certification, tools, and training.
