The students of Western Mindanao State University, particularly College of Social Sciences would like to address the problem of suffering from constant nuisance destruction during classes hours generated from boisterous raging vehicles in Pitul Drive, Baliwasan, Zamboanga City. As to this, we would like to ask your coordination to be able to install speed humps in the abovementioned road to at least reduce the disturbing noise and thereafter provide a conducive place for student’s learning. Your favorable response will be of big help to resolve this matter.
