Performance management as a lever for organizational change: ² a signal for what is important for the organization. ² providing a key space for dialogue in the organization. __ a focus on new behavior. In short, Performance management is the process of creating a work environment or setting in which people are enabled to perform to the best of their abilities. Performance management is a whole work system that begins when a job is defined as needed. It ends when an employee leaves your organization.

Objective of project
 To understand the relationship between employee turnover and PMS.  To diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of the individuals so as to identify the training and development needs of the future.  Focusing employees¶ tasks on the right things and doing them rightly.

Why a employee leave organization?
there are various reason behind the employee turnover1)Due to stress ( overburden of work ). 2) Due to less hike ( salary). 3)Opportunity for growth. 4) No proper training for work. 5)Problem with boss and co-worker 6) Other reason (marriage)
