DISCLAIMER: The purpose of this is to clarify a misconception that many truth seekers have rarely come to the actualization of placed directly into the scriptures. There is a movement going on called the Sacred NAME movement. They espoused that the name of the creator is YAH. I am in no way connected to any of these organizations. I have compiled this information from my own studies using various Scripture references including Strong‘s Concordance, etc. At first I was reluctant to investigate the information for the simple fact that the scriptures warn of false teachers. However in my studies I have come to the fact that the Most High desires that we come to a full knowledge of Him. His righteousness, love and patience with the children of men exemplify the care and maintenance that every believer must espouse to grow in the stature of Christ. We must always test the information we come across and pray the Most High gives us discernment to understand all truth. So here is a brief study of the name of God and the Messiah.
When we read the scriptures and look up in Strong‘s concordance we find this:

In the King James Version the "J" should really be the letter "Y" which is closer to the Hebrewphonetic letter "yod". The reader must note that the letter "J" was a revision of the original KJV 1611.Also the reader most note that the ―A‖, ―O ―, and ―A‖ Was taken from the word AdOnAy and placed into the wording of ―Jahovah‖ which is rendered as, "Jehovah" In later years when scholars sought to translate the scriptures into other languages, they mixed the vowel sounds from „Adonia‟ with the consonants of YHWH and came up with the hybrid name Jehovah; PETRUS GALATINUS; POPE LEO X, 1518 AD
Since most of our language stems from older cultures, it is no wonder we have changed so many of our sounds over the past years. To give some examples, the Balkan Yugoslavia was once written Jugoslavia, but was always pronounced as it is today, having a ‗Y‘ sound. Maps at the turn of the century often identified the USSR as Sowjet Russia. The ‗w‘ had the Germanic ‗v‘ sound and the ‗j‘ had the ‗y‘ sound. The word major is pronounced as ‗mayor‘ in both Latin and German. June and July are also pronounced ‗Yune‘ and ‗Yuly‘. At first a casual reader will say, "Well there you have it your inquiry is solved". But let us investigate this matter further. The word halleluyah is the most ancient of all words of praise. It is used both on earth and in heaven to worship the Almighty (Rev. 19:1-6). The origin, meaning and significance of this word is greatly misunderstood. It is a pure Hebrew word and yet is found in almost every language. The first part of the word ‗hallelu‘ means ‗praise‘ and the last part is ‗Yah‘, a poetic, shortened form of YHWH (Yahwah or Yahuwah), the one being praised. YHWH (pronounced Yahuwah or Yahwah) is the personal name of the Creator. It is found in the Bible in its original language over 6,800 times. We find the name in Hebrew Scriptures, Bible concordances, encyclopedias, dictionaries and in many current writings of history and archeology. The shortened form, Yah, is even found in the names of many men of the Bible, such as Elijah (Eliyah) which means ‗my mighty one is Yahuwah‘. Some others are Jeremiah (Yeremyah), ‗may Yahuwah lift up‘; Obediah (Obadyah), ‗servant of Yahuwah‘; Isaiah (Yesha‘yah), ‗Yahuwah saves‘; Zechariah (Zekaryah) ‗Yahuwah has remembered‘ and Joshua (Yahoshua), ‗Yahuwah is salvation‘. NOTE: THE HEBREW ALPHABET HAS NO LETTER THAT IS EQUIVALENT TO OUR LETTER ‗J‘. THE NAMES ABOVE HAVE BEEN CORRECTED WITH A ‗Y‘ (WHERE NECESSARY) AND ARE SHOWN IN PARENTHESIS. YHWH is known by modern readers in the form of ‗Jehovah‘. But as the Encyclopedia Britannica explains, along with the Holman Bible Dictionary and all others, Jehovah is the erroneous form of the divine name YHWH, pronounced Yahuwah. Let‘s look at how this distortion came about.
Many people in the scripture had their names derived from the God they served.
Once again, as in halleluYAH, jeremYAH, HezekiYAH, DaniEL, MishaEL, for example are ways we see that people were called after the deity they served.
Personally we also call Him: Most High, Ancient of Days, Creator, YAH, Eternal Spirit, based on various scriptures, etc

So let us know of a certainty that the YAH portion is correct since we can verify it through the names of the ancients.
Review: The word "HalleluYAH" means "Praise be Yah" taken from the Hebrew word Halal and the word for God which is YAH. So we have established this truth and have compounded upon its veracity through the names of the prophets and kings of ancient Yisrael. Also EL is used as a short form of Elohim.
One may ask the question,‖ In the end will it matter? The Creator knows those that seek him.‖ But wait...let us take note of this interesting prophetic verse.

We find a time that the name of the Most High would be forgotten by man just as many have forgotten his laws and have forgotten his Sabbath as the seventh day of the week known as Saturday.

Here we notice that the God of the Bible predicted that his name would not be spoken anymore by the house of Yahudah (Judah).
NOTE: So we find that these prophecies relates not to their time but to our own.

Thus we call him YAH but remember that LORD or ELOHIM or GOD are simply titles. Keep in mind also it is more important to exemplify his character and to walk in his ways. There are some that still struggle with this so I ask the following question. If your name was Chuck, or Nancy, or Bob, or Sally, etc. Would you like someone to call you man, woman, person, or any other thing. Imagine speaking to your heavenly Father, the one you seek and simply call him, Guy, King, Person, Lord, etc. Let us worship Him in spirit and truth.
One the other end of the spectrum, there are those that know the true name of the Most High and they exalt themselves above others as if this knowledge can saves them. It is only the purification of Messiah that grants us eternal life. He is the one that sets us free from sin. Remember, even the devils know his name and tremble. Consider this passage.
I will worship toward thy holy temple (HEAVEN or NEW JERUSALEM), and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast MAGNIFIED THY WORD above all THY NAME. Psalms 138:2 (KJV)
The word of the Most High is more important. Even the fallen spirits know the name of the Most High and tremble because they know he keeps His WORD.
For it is written, blessed is he that HEARS the WORD of GOD and KEEP IT.
Now here is the most crucial point of this article. According to new research in strong‘s concordance and other sources the translation "Jehovah" is a deception from the Vatican. Hovah is derived from Strong‟s Concordance #1942 and #1943. Let‟s look at what these definitions states:

Did you catch the deception? Who is the god of mischief, eagerly coveting the position of the Creator, causing ruin, calamity, iniquity, and very wickedness on all humanity? Is this not attributes given to the enemy of man, that Serpent called the Devil and Satan (Revelation 12:9). He deceives the entire world so we must ask ourselves a vital question. "Have I been deceived?"
So clearly we see here that the Creator "Yah" (Psalms 68:4 ) is found in the scriptures and has been hidden all this time. Also we recognize that the first mention of "Ehyah Asher Ehyah" is found in the Torah which was given to Moses when he inquired of the Eternal Father. May the Most High lead us into all truth! Notice the root of the word is YAH. The letters A and E based on pronunciation was interchangeable for example Noah in the Old Testament is rendered as Noe in the New Testament.
In the same context and using the same knowledge we have gathered consider this scripture.

Consider that the Vatican has slightly changed Christ's name from Yahushua which means "Salvation of Yah" to Iesus or IHS which means Isis, Horus, and Seb after the Egyptian trinity, which truly comes from Semiramis, Tammuz, and Nimrod of the Babylonians/Sumerians. We must have discernment away from the worship of BAAL (Satan). The deceiver came in many names and today our goal is to expose him as the "Father of Lies". The letter concerns the use of the ―Tetragrammaton,‖ the name which uses the four Hebrew letters YHWH. In English the name is pronounced ―Yahweh.‖

This translation tradition has importance for understanding Christ, the cardinal explains, since the title ―Lord‖ in fact ―becomes interchangeable between the God of Israel and the Messiah of the Christian faith.‖
